I've been lucky enough to work with Jonathan several times over the last two years on a variety of projects. On every occasion, he brings an infectious energy and passion to the table such that other team members can't help but get excited about the project-at-hand. Jonathan’s wealth of knowledge and tools ensure that his contributions are substantive value-adds. In other words, they have a significant, positive impact on outcomes. One project in particular stands out in my memory.

I was working on an educational technology start-up at the time, and the team came up against an impasse when we had to take a hard look at the business’s strategic design (e.g. content development, user recruitment strategies, funding strategies, etc.). We reached out to Jonathan who, after a single brainstorming session, guided us in cultivating a list of action items that we could implement the very same business day. Along the way he introduced and explained several methods (e.g. the business model canvas) unfamiliar to the team. So, not only did he help us frame our next steps he also armed us with new knowledge and tools that we could turn around and use as we confronted other issues as we moved forward. It doesn’t get any better..
